My name is Michael Smith and I am the Service Director for both American Harley-Davidson® and Brighton Harley-Davidson®. I have been building and riding Harley® motorcycles for years and I currently own a Custom FXR show bike and a Custom Road King®. I love this job because I like solving people's problems and running an efficient Service Department.
